Important dimensions were 1-1/4" 30mm to bottom hole and 2-1/2" 60mm to top hole.  Holes should be drilled AFTER the metal is folded on the dashed line. Drill holes 1/4" diameter or  to fit screw diameters.

The circle can be any diameter as long as it stays behind the nut fastener on bottom.

The Fisheye lens nodal point is over the top of the nut on bottom.  The nut is the center rotation point of  Slik E-Z POD monopod ($50).

Equipment used:
Drill, Vice, Hammer, Saber Saw with metal cutting blade, silicone glue to fix the spirit level

1. Right click "Save picture AS" compass click here.

2. Then print the picture so it is 4" (10cm) diameter.

Use 2mm thick plastic sheet cut to size of compass picture (right).

3. Then use a felt tip marker and trace the hole locations on to the 4" plastic disk.

4. mark and number the positions around the outer edge for a twelve (12) shot WEC-63 (24mm) lens .

5. mark around the next ring positions for a eight (8) shot Fisheye 2 lens .

6. Then if you want mark the positions for a three  image Fisheye 1 in then center circle.

7. Notice the 1/2" long machine screw and nut tip sticking up.  The monopod will rotate freely while you balance on the top of the screw.

8. The under side of the plastic disk shows silicone glued 3 rubber feet around the outside and 1 in the center. The center rubber foot covers the screw head and keeps the monopod post from bending the disk.

9. A thin piece of plastic secured in place with two rubber bands around the monopod foot becomes the index pointer.
