* Exposure factor is automatically compensated for with the camera's automatic through the lens exposure metering system.

Shutter speed - 1/60th second is slower than 1/125th of a second.

Aperture - The larger lens opening (smaller value) allows more light is passed to the CCD.
 
F 8 is wider or allows more light to pass, needs less ambient light for good picture.
F 16 is a smaller opening allows less light, needs more ambient light for good picture.

Transparent 1

Absorbs ultra violet rays without increase of exposure, thereby preventing haziness and foggy effects in distant landscapes.  This filter is recommended as a lens protector. It allows nearly all the light to pass to the CCD recording element.

Gray 2

Removes or reduces reflections.  Darkens blue sky and penetrates haze.  Simply rotate the filter in its mount until optimum effect is obtained.  It also nearly removes glass reflected light or water surface glare.
