AOL Users:  Open "My AOL" preferences screen in the toolbar across the top. Click WWW icon and select the "web graphics" tab & unchecked the "compressed graphics" choice.  Click Apply button at bottom. Pictures take a some time to load.

Netscape and Internet Explorer Users:  

Because of the 500,000 pixel limit NETSCAPE in Version 4.x 'Sysmantic Inc" Java engine code imposes on downloading images you may receive an "Out of Memory Error" when viewing a 360 degree image. Part of this due to panoapplet.jar not using sliced images small enough to individually load into Netscape4.x . 

Open your Internet Explorer 4 or higher for best viewing of large format 360 degree cubic images which are typically uncompressed 1 - 3 megabyte.  We are confident that this issue was corrected in Netscape Version 6.x that uses SUN JAVA 2.  If you use NS6.x you must also have installed their Sun Java Ver 2.0  engine. 

We tried to make our site NS4.x compatible, but its just to difficult to adjust to so many Netscape versions.  Someone always get left out of the cycle.  WE STOPPED designing for NS4 May 2000 because of its inabilities to properly display our imaging. 

Recommend just moving to NS6 and Sun Java 2 engine,  IExplorer 6.x or  5.x.  We have tested Internet Explorer 6 and as long as you have installed and enabled java virtual machine it all works nicely.  This site has not been tested with Netscape 7.
